Double Poland manpower

One error to report. Potentially related to 1.08.04 or to creating a back up made during the Prussian eco turn. This last eco turn, Poland had double its normal manpower (i.e. this is double the already doubled manpower Poland gets as a free state, so instead of the normal 10 manpower I get, I got 20 -can you imagine Poland with 20 manpower?). This did not happen to any other minors (Saxony, Hesse, etc.).
Any one else notice this? Maybe for the Ottoman Empire, or another kingdom?
