One suggestion I would like to make for AT Gold is to change the penalties for transfers between HQs. Because the penalties are much less when the transfer is within the same HQ, one is tempted to have production sent directly to sub-HQs instead of the to HQ. This means that one is constantly changing production HQs around, and micro-managing the contents of HQs so that they do not lose their movement due to overloading. This huge increase in m icro-management is a major PITA, so I would suggest that the penalty be the same when a unit is transferred from the top HQ to a sub-HQ or to a sub-unit of that HQ. A bigger penalty could be maintained when transferring units between sub-HQs to avoid game exploits.
