Oh I have a question. Since PC:OS is a standalone game can I delete my PC:WS and PC:Kar then? Will PC:OS have all the stuff that is in the others? Maps? Scenarios? etc?

Yes, once you have PCO, you can remove PCK and PC:OWS, PCO will include it all.
