Howdy,
The H3RE.mdb file should be in the base H3 ANW directory. It's included with 3.10.
The ANWDB was included as an encrypted database but it is not password protected. You can open Harpoon3Editor.exe through the H3 Configuration Launcher or find it in the base H3 ANW directory. Under the Database menu, select Save Annexes. This will write out the database in the .dat files that you might be more familiar with. You can use these with H3RE.

No problem.
Those "errors" are not critical. The log files are optional and the error messages are misleading in this case. If the database imports and exports well enough then you are not doing anything wrong.
Thanks,

Stepped through it here. Everything imports correctly except the database.xml and the change log. All platforms loaded.
Are there any error messages besides the two I just listed?
Be sure to remove any filters. Open an annex, Records Menu->Remove Filter/Sort.
Thanks,

Great. It's pretty common actually.
