Tried many variation to get past this but all end with same result:

Oct Dip Tu turn.
Russia turn (RU is GM)
Load Tu as RU but instead of advancing get sent back to RU turn but now frozen (tried DOW etc). Does not allow RU to end turn.
All other countries accept Tu turn (tested all manually using back up and playing as each country - as an accountant I have no friends)

Also Spain would not load Ru turn after I used GM skip option to get past Ru circular turn.

Any ideas or do we have to wit for the hotfix?

Sorta, can you load your save files to Mantis, so we can figure this out?

Also, has anyone in your game had to re-install the game recently from scratch? If so, how many versions did they go through to complete the re-install?

Is this the game that your upgrade procedure fixed?

Yes - followed Dancing Bear's instructions and went straight through to Oct Reinf after being stuck in Oct Dip (stuck being British understatement...)
