I'm getting out-of-sync from my monitor when starting the game after installing on Windows 7 with 1.81 patch. I didn't start the game until running the patch, could this break stuff?

Is there any commandline switches or config files I could use to force windowed mode?

I'm wondering if this affects Storm over the Pacific, thinking about getting it too.

DxDiag.txt included.

Fixed it,
in data/GlobalSettings.csv:
had 7;Screen Mode
changed that to 1;Screenmode and then started and switched to another screenmode.
