HUCE scenario editor in win7 64bit?

Is there a way to run the HUCE scenario editor in Windows 7 64bit version? When I try to start it I get a popup informing me to contact the software vendor...

How does that thread resolve the issue? We cannot run the scenerio editor for Ultimate Commanders edition under windows 7 64 bit.
When will Matrix fix this issue. [:(]
