Documentation button doesn't work

When viewing the scenario briefing, if you click the documentation button, nothing happens. In pre-beta versions, the documentation would automatically open as a PDF file for me.

Which Scenario are you addressing.....if there's no documentation then "nothing happening" is the correct result.
