Small finding... Bolshevik's newspaper "PRAVDA" has header telling that it is a "central organ of Central Committee of KPSS". The name "KPSS" appeared in 1952, at that time party was called RSDRP(b) 1917 and RKP(b) in 1918.

When was the Soviet Union actually established? It must have been after the conclusion of the Civil War, right?
