I just ordered the game today. I think Stopzilla blocked the installation and DELETED my download file. I've been trying to follow the steps to re-download with no success. When I use my email address & credit card number Battlefield Academy is not listed. When I enter the order number & password (I'm assuming the password is the same as the one I use to login here), I get a message saying "can't find order number". Extremely frustrating, need to talk to someone before I cancel the credit card charge. I have the emails from Matrix & Plimus regarding this order.

The Members area and store login is a different password than the forums.

I use the same login and password for both.

When I first registered for the members area years ago, I was emailed a password. I just tried logging in with my forum password and failed. That may have changed recently, IDK.

Since you haven't posted again, I assume you have solved your problem.

It is definitatly 2 passwords. I had to have them send me the new one. It is also handled by a different company.

Can you post your order number to us and we'll look it up and get it sorted out.
