Each ground combat features (-) or (+) for such conditions as morale, experience, leadership, etc. What are the exact effects of these various conditions? At what point do experience, leadership and morale move from a (-) to a (+)? Thanks

They move from a - to a + when yours are better than the other side's.

Ok, thanks.  Obviously its better to be a + than a -, but is there some quantifiable dimension to that circumstance?  If so, what?
