When trying to register the game on the members page it comes up with [ Key Already Used ]
Does that mean that more than I have the same key?

Umm for me it was registered automatically when i purchased it. I went to "My Products" and the game is there registered already.

That's right - one of the features of our new store is that if you purchase while logged into your site account, your game is automatically registered for you. Have a look in your list of registered games, you should see it there.

That's awesome!  Coming up with new ways to make us happy.

Matrixgames should do like Paradoxgames. Show up registered games in info panel (small graphic icons or something like that). That would help others to find out who is owning what and perhaps finding playing opponent that way. There can always be an option - not to show owned games.

I agree - all in good time. Now that our store is integrated more with our site, a lot of cool stuff will be possible in the future.

Oh, I created pointless helpdesk issue because I did not know about this automatic registration feature. I was just wondering how the key could be already used when I bought the game same day as I tried to register it.

Instead of saying that the key has been already used, the registration form could inform that the game has been registered already during the purchase.

Good suggestion, I will pass it on.

I get the "key already used", BUT I DON'T SEE WITE ON MY LIST OF REGISTERED GAMES, so apparently it hasn't been registered automatically.

Since my "key is already used" (it isn't really) and WITE is not on the list of registered games, I cannot download the latest BETA PATCH that apparently solves mouse clicking issues!

1. Login -> members.
2. Search Gary Grigsby's WitE
3. Register with your Serial No.

that should be it!

If it's not showing up in your list, that sounds like a bug. Unfortunately, there might be a few still floating around after the site and store overhaul. It's odd that it's working for everyone else though? If you e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com, I can send you the update that way.

I have not been able to register this game either. Every time I have entered my serial number, it just says invalid key. Have same problem with Harpoon.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does it show up as already registered? If you purchased while logged in, your game should automatically be registered. Are you able to access downloads in the Members Club?

No, it does not show up as already registered. I can access the members download. It shows the beta patch available. If I try to download this, it just says access denied.
