Login string invalid

Logged into members club and added WITE to my list of games.

Trying to log into the server and register on the server with my members club ID and password and get "login string invalid error".

What is it that is wrong?

The multiplayer server has its own login. If you haven't played with the WITE, BA or FOG multiplayer before, you need to register a new account there. We'd like to make that part of our unified account in the future but at the moment it's still separate.

I think I got the same issue.  I had my name with a space in it when I deleted the space it worked fine.  ex.  I tried to register as "Kurt C" - >> No go.

Registered as "KurtC" and it worked, so maybe it was that?
