Manual corrections/clarifications

I am opening this thread in the hopes of starting an ongoing discussion about issues found in the game manuals. Perhaps others can add their own observations as they find them.
> 5.1.2.1 (Map Info Tab) Pg 43: "View Rail Damage Info on/off" is buried in the previous section relating to Fort Levels toggle.
> Perhaps include in the above Rail Damage toggle section a note that the cursor cannot have any units selected for the rail damage graphics to appear (I kept toggling the rail damage button, but nothing would ever show up, until once when my cursor had mistakenly de-selected units by clicking on an empty hex).
