Leader Picture Chappuis

I noticed, that the leader picture of F.W. von Chappuis was missing (XXXVIII Corps AG North). I found his picture under http://www.unithistories.com/units_inde ... /units.asp. Lots of other leader pictures too. I think they could be used, but don´t really know if there are rights attached to it.
