I assume that name and password go through Slitherine. I have a user name from the Slitherine site and requested a new password from the log-in page (http://www.slitherine.com/forum/login.php?redirect=) but the promised email never arrives. It's been 24 hours.

Please check your spam filter - I used that utility earlier this week without an issue. It could also be that your account was set to an older e-mail address if you've changed e-mail addresses since you first set it up.

If all else fails mail info@slitherine.co.uk with your username and desired password from the e-mail address the account is regsitered to and we'll sort it out.
