There's no practical point to this question, since there's nothing to do about it...
I'm just curious about the Experience levels of the USAAF units (as they enter the game) that wreak so much havoc. I'd just like to know where they start. Programmers and tinkers?

They are all at 50 exp, in the standard campaign game.
