Purchase game but i cant get it

Hi, I bought this game for $43.00 NZ Dollarsboxed and download, found out next day i could buy just the D/L version for about $6.00 NZ doillars off gamers gate, anyway purchse date was the 1st december still dont have boxed version, try to D/Load and i get this message.
