Bug-Counter info right click bleeds through to map

In Air Recon mode, selecting a friendly airbase correctly brings up the counter on the screen right.
However, if the counter is right clicked for airbase info, the right click "bleeds" through the counter and launches an Air Recon on the map hex under the mouse (at least for the Axis, since the eligible Air Recon mission hexes are to the east (right hand)).
This bug is in the original release and also Beta Ver 1.01-3.
