Hey folks, I know I saw this somewhere in the forums but sadly I can't find it again. Here's my problem:

I'm playing "Watchword Freedom" with a fairly balanced force. However, I find my forces, especially the Panthers and Tigers, dropping down to zero rally. I don't understand. Can someone explain why this happens?

It shouldn't be anything campaign-related.
Normally units' morale drop to 0, after they failed to rally; meaning they cannot rally anymore for that turn.
