Windowed mode

How do I activate windowed mode? cant find button to activate this.
As I know theese was in the feature list but I cant find any button or menu for this feature.

You have to edit the startup.ini file in the Distant Worlds folder. Remove this ' see below.
'Distant Worlds startup settings
screenwidth 1024
screenheight 768
'hyperdrivespeed 1.6

I believe a feature like that should be a selectable option and not some obscure .ini setting that many players don't want to mess with.
