ok know that I now why it happened I think it's possibly wrong to just make these units CV one pt with some general formula not considering other aspects of the unit. Here's why
1) previous turn units were fine and happy (not isolated)
2) currently units have 60% supply and ammo... fuel is 100% ( some units have more than 100%)
3) moral is high and experience is high
** oh by the way... flew in like 60 tons of supply to unit.. curious and didn't change it's CV
Maybe my issues is with the CV that is displayed?
I know nothing about the design decisions that were made in this game, but looking at the actual events if 1941 -
Everything fine, sun is shining, troops moving well along the dusty roads, lots of supplies available, then :
It rains for a week, the roads turn to deep mud, small streams turn into rivers, you cannot prepare, apart from to know that it is likely to happen at certain times of the year.
Your supply dump is full of goodies, but you cannot move it out to the units - CV nearly 0
Trucks that carry your infantry and tow their equipment, cannot move - CV nearly 0
The sticky mud pulls the boots off the well fed, high morale men's feet as they try to march - CV nearly 0
Tanks full of fuel and ammo, can move, but no support from other units, no refuel if they go anywhere - CV nearly 0
Tanks also burning out their engines towing trucks to keep essential supplies of food moving - CV nearly 0
Airfields waterlogged and weather is low cloud and rain, aircraft full of fuel, can't fly - CV nearly 0
Air Transport Supplies that do reach the airfields cannot be moved out to the troops - CV nearly 0
Then it snows ! [:)]
OK, I'm exaggerating a bit, but the general idea is there, I don't know if the CV should drop that much and I am still in the scenarios, haven't reached the mud yet (did in WIR). Units in cities should not suffer so much drop, as provided they have a rail link, they should not be affected so much by the mud effects.
