Turn 13, Grand Campaign vs. Axis AI on 110%

Leningrad has not fallen, but the Finns have crossed the No Attack Line anyway. This messes up my plans a bit!

Bug or design feature? I had assumed that there was code to stop them entering specific hexes while the state of Hex X81 Y16 was Soviet Controlled.

You have to garrison the front line.

OK, thanks. The Soviet AI pulled its forces off the line when I was playing as Axis, and when I posted about that I was told it was 'clever AI tactics'. So, I didn't understand that I couldn't do the same trick...

Per the manual - the Finns can cross but their morale degrades and they can't attack.
