Never tried SPWAW against human opponent. Used to play SP2 with human players a lot, and now i'm interested in trying SPWAW PBEM. We'll discuss the rules and details once somebody agrees my challenge.

any ideas on a battle to play?

Allright. I've been thinking about the rules. All rules settings should be on (CC also). A meeting engagement or assault scenario (if assault, i prefer defending). Random generated medium sized map. Date negotiable. I play British, you're free to choose. Amount of credits 1000 if meeting engagement, negotiable if assault. If i forgot anything please ask.

1000 pts of build points won't buy you much, on a medium map try 5000 pts.

I don't like big battles. 1000 credits is enough to get one tank platoon and one infantry company. I hate those million-tanks-and-million-men-and-million-shells-dropping-from-the-sky wars. Keep it simple. It also makes it easier to avoid enemy if you want to if the forces are small. Smaller is better. Tactics needed to keep your few units alive
