Fortified Zone HQ Assigment Bug

The "assign the nearest HQ" button does not seem to work for fortified zones - they have to be manually assigned.

As designed manual assignment works only for the onmap units assigning to HQs.

Yes; when you make an on map fortified zone it get's assigned to OKW and the onmap assigment button does not seem to work; the reassignement has to be manual.

Ok, understand... but there is no OKW.
