I realize this is not the right place and I should email Matrix themselves, which I did but did not get a reply yet.

This morning I bought WITE (the most expensive game I ever bought) but didn't get a download link, not in the mail nor after having paid. The FAQ tells you to go to http://www.findmyorder.com/. When I log in on that site I see older purchases but not WITE. I have a receipt email of the purchase however, with a code for the game which I have already registered. But I can't download the damned game!

And now it is Christmas and I will have to wait for another few days. Probably get an answer when I have burned up all my free time doing other things then playing WITE.......

Just a little rant, sorry. And had it not been for a faulty, not working, game-code I bought on EA-store yesterday, I perhaps would have been patient enough. Now I am [:@]

Did you get an activation code? Erik has been on/off recently so he might be able to do something before Christmas is over.

Yes, I did. And have the game registered on Matrix.com as well.

I have send him an email some five hours ago. And made a helpdesk issue on the site. No reply on either.

Did you check your spam folder? That's where mine ended up.

O man, I am ashamed of myself. Yes, it was in my spam folder. Thanks for the tip and sorry for the rant.
