I've just loaded the game CO-BFTB for the first time. The frame on the left that shows the unit details, order of battles etc is corrupted and is partly obscured by the map so that the right hand part of the details are hidden.
I have taken a screen shot and run DXDIAG but this forums won't let me upload the files.

Send me an email and I'll email the screen shot and DXDIAG report.

make sure your dpi is set to normal 96 DPI in your display properties.

How would I do that? I could change screen resolutions in the game start page but that has no effect on the problem

You need to set your system font size to normal ( 96 dpi ) rather than big ( 120 dpi ). This is set under Control Panels\Personalisation in Vista ( which is what I'm running ). It will be under Control Panels somewhere for XP and System 7.
