Where is the Editor???

I just installed the "Matrix Edition" (purchased via download) and I am trying to find the editor. It's not in the Start Menu nor is EpisodeEditor.exe located in the game folder as stated in the manual. Is there a patch that will include the editor? The map/mod editor was one of the main reasons I decided to buy the game.
