Have one PBEM going at moment so pretty new, wantto keep this simple so not to many house rules. Only one i can think of if a nuetral or DOW on a minor then it is reverted to Human control following turn

Actually a player can hit F12 after he attacks a neutral and then change it to human, or they can tell you in the Email, and before you load the game, change that country to human.

Hell ..... your in New Zealand so were close on the time scale where we over lap.

About 12 hrs Razz i think im playing someone at somewhere in your region and we get a 3-4 hr time sppan.
