The enemy never dies bug

Every one in 200 or so battles I out number a unit 20 to 30 cv to 2 or less.

I attack and the enemy with draws. I advance attack again 20-30 cv vs 1 0r less and the enemy unit has to with draw. I attack again 20 - 30 vs 0 and again the unit simply with draws. This goes on until I run out of MP's. the longest being 7 battles.

I found a way to brake the chain. I make an attack on another unit, then come back and I destroy the enemy unit.

I can save an go back an repeat the chain or brake it.

Not sure why this happens. Just figured let you know.
