RR Unconverting

I am sure that RR hexes are uncoverting from friendly to enemy - unless I am hallucinating - no partisan attack icon. Am I the only one?

Do you have FOW on? If so, it's probably a Partisan unit you haven't detected.

The RR hexes should not convert unless the hex changes control. Are you seeing conversion, or damage being done? Would need to see saves and/or screenshots. You can send saves to

I will send. Funny thing is, I disabled all FOW and can see partisans during the Soviet AI play, but none during the following Axis manual move.
