Is it necessary to garrison areas not in SU?Example Warsaw[&:]

I don't think so. Shift+k is showing the garrison levels (red=bad, yellow=still bad, blue=ok).

Is there a button for this? I don't want to memorize things even if there's a hot key screen that you can call up in the game.
