Fatal error 800

I had to recently reboot my computer and reinstall vista but I did it before and nothing happened that way. It is apparently due to the registered serial number but i ve checked and the numnber in serial.reg is the right one.
Please help me repair this [;)]

Did no one had the same fatal error 800?
Please, i could really use some help. I ve bought my game directly from Matrix so I can check the serial number which is correct. Then I wonder why the fatal error 800 states it s to do with it [&:]

Did you try running the game as administrator? Right click on it and choose that? Sometimes I get serial # errors if I don't..
