New Scenario - the Midway Campaign

A small Midway batle would be a great addition to the WiTP AE collection. Assuming all 4 jap carriers are gone what are the Japanese options?
1. Retreat
2. USe the few plans on the Zuiho, Hosho and Chitose, alomg withg the overwhelming Japanese surface force to ago ahead ands take Midway
