Somehow i got deleted from your system

I cant get into your main support because it seems i was deleted as a customer. I have the email from your company with an order number and have tried to log in. Your site says my order number is invalid and it doesnt recognize my email.
Im guessing this means my extended warranty is useless.[:@]

Please give us your contact and order info via our help desk and we'll be able to look up your order and figure things out. My expectation is that you are not deleted and that you will be able to re-download.

I would but i cant log in to the help desk, or anywhere on the site other than the forum.

You should have a different password for the members area than for the forum.
