Here is a shipnames.txt using US Ship names from about 1880 to today. Almost all the names are there, except WWII escort carriers, some destroyers, and submarines. I'm considering splitting the CVE's and Subs between the cruiser and capital ships categories, to give them more variety before they start to repeat.
