Insane number of messages at start of PBEM reinforcement phase

Hi all
one thing that I have become almost blind to, but should be cleared up is the insane number of pop up messages at the start of the reinforcement phase in PBEM games. It looks like every single DOW (beginning with GB and France), peace treaty and alliance from the start of the game, continues to pop up each reinforcement phase. This is quite annoying and after a few months, I find I am skipping over the recent messages in my rush to get through the old messages.
I have put a post on Mantis (#757), but can someone out there in a PBEM game about to go into reinforcement post their save immediately before going to reinforcement, along with the file from the comin directory that would push it into reinforcement? That way Marshall can see what is happening as a PBEM game flips into reinforcement and fix it.
I don't think it happens in any other phase, but am playing only Austria and Prussia in my games, so have not paid attention to the naval phase in a while.
