Hello...I have been playing DW since March of last year. I purchased the add-on a couple weeks ago and all was well. I just tried to install the 1.02 upgrade and I got an error that said "decompression error has occurred (#1026) Unknown decompression error. I went ahead and tried to install it but now I cannot access the game at all. So I thought I would delete everthing and do a clean install. I tried to install DW version 100 and got the same error...yikes....does anyone know what to do at this point? I've never had errors like this on my pc until this upgrade attempt.

Sorry..a correction on the above post. The update was actually numbered 1.501. This is the update that gave me the decompression error that now has me unable to access or install my game. I did dl 1.02 for GG War in the East and that one worked fine.

Could you be having hard drive issues? The fact that the clean reinstall had the same error is what prompted that question. Do you have another system you can copy the installers to and try them there?

Ah, if another update worked fine, then I think a re-download would be the next step. The installers may have been corrupted during the file transfer.
