mouse issues

I am having some pretty wicked issues with selecting units in this game. About 50% of the time when I am deselecting a unit on the right side bar a unit that is not even remotely involved gets selected instead. Has anyone else had issues like this?

Remember that when you de-select you are clicking very close to the link to the superior HQ. Many times more than once I have ended up at the Corps HQ when I was trying to de-select a unit.

Yeah I get that too but I get all sorts of units that are under the sidebar
