How do you stop TR TF shipping supplies

I don't think the 'do not load supply' routines are working correctly. Take a look at the pic. It was laoded with 'Load troops only' but one APA has loaded supplies? This is not the first occasion just about every TR TF I load this way has supply. Not what you want when returning LCU to the rear areas.

my transport TF have never loaded supply so far when set to "load troops only".

Maybe those ships had supplies before they start loading?

No, completely empty. I have another TF or had, its now started to unload with a similar problem.

Do selete 'load troops only' as the first thing you do or do you select the LCU first then do 'load troops only', or doesn't it matter?

seems it doesn´t matter to me, guess most of the times I select it after I selected the troops.

What are you talking about? Even with LOAD TROOPS ONLY the TF will load a small amount of supplies. Enough to feed the troops for the trip. I think it is even mentioned in the manual.

This.
There is always minimal amount of supply that has to be loaded with troops, supplies that unit carries with itself.

Transport TF should not load supplies, if player wants to load troops only. Amphibious TF will load some amount of supplies anyway.
