Nick is TMOJ2000...
Issued a number of paired challenges (notably on the Charonea scenario), yet they do not seem to be there

They will disappear after a while. When did you issue them? Are you involved in any form of beta testing as they could be on the test server?

No beta testing involvement
Issued them during this week end......

Looks like it was a bug - we have fixed something we think could have caused it so hopefully it wont happen again!
