Air withdrawal question

Hi-Same as before. Now I can't seem to withdraw an air unit.

Details-#7 Squad. RNZAF, based at Auckland. It's now 5/2/43 and unit must be withdrawn by 5/15. The "withdraw by..." is in red.

But, I can't find a button to push.

Suggestions, please.

Thanks, Hugh Browne

Try Disband (provided it's there. If not something is broken).

EDIT: A certain number of air units cannot be withdrawn, they must be disbanded because they go to the ETO (European Theater of War). They won't return. Thus Disband and not Withdraw.

Where do air units have to go to withdraw / disband to meet requirements?

They DO have to be all together, so if you've got one plane from the group sitting in another field as a fragment, move it with the rest of the group. Or, if neccessary, bite the bullet and disband the smaller fragment thereby losing those planes and pilots, then you should be able to withdraw the larger fragment.

They have to go nowhere.
You can disband/withdraw them just where they are IF the groups are not fragmented.
Requirements are explained by bhawes' post.
