Is there a plan to fix, the missing Pz 38(t)s in Poland?

I noticed the 3rd Light Division has 35(t)s inplace of 38s..only the 6th Pz/1st Light were issued the Pz 35(t), with the 7th and 8th Panzer(and their former light division statis) were issued Pz 38(t) ausf.A(Captured Czech Stock, before the Germans resumed production with the later marks of the Pz 38)
