I have just installed the game.

I cannot find or access a user manual. I have tried to play the tutorial, but each time that I press the END TURN button the game drops to the desktop. In fact, it does this in any scenario. I cannot progress past any given turn.
Please help.

This happens to me in the Pacific Campaign after I've been playing for a couple of hours. Thank God for auto save. I'm in the habit of saving my game about every ten minutes or so. 

You can find manual in the main game folder.

Your problems with CTD is cause due the lack of administrator privileges, so please run the game as administrator.

I will try that out when I get home from work and report.
