I assume that there will be leaders included as in C:EAW and C:NAP. When you think about it tho many of the WWI leaders were so bad (Haig) they should be represented with negative ratings and the British player should have to pay to remove him.

As the title says we have Commanders, good or bad and some nations were blessed with better some with worse...
