Does anyone have any advice for learning how to navigate the game more efficiently/effectively via the commander's report?
Yes, that's as specific as I can be in my question. I hear a lot of people say "I just check the CR" for this or that.
I've heard you can set all HQs' support level to 0 with that and do similarly with unit TOE levels, but I can't figure out how to do it for more than one HQ/unit at a time.
