just thought I would mention, not sure if this is a recent patch or not, although I do regular update checks but this only appeared this morning when i ran my update check.

so what improvements / fixes does it bring? it weighs in at about 48MB download

yes, had no problems downloading the patch even though it stated why I did the check for update it found a newer version but when I went to install it said I already had a newer version which was higher than this patch.

The 3.10.1 patch is indeed available through the Updater utility. I'm working on getting an announcement/sticky put up.

There are two differences in the builds.

The first is that 3.9.4 and 3.10.x should not interfere with one another's Media Viewers. This was causing a crash.
The timeout is removed. This was never meant to be in there after the beta process.
Picture resource files were included for the in-game media viewer.

I'll look into the issue with it reporting that you already have a newer version. What version do you have?

the newer version error appears to have gone since updating to 3.10.1a
