While playing axis i tried to create a pocket. The same week during the soviet phase the soviets managed to keep the supply lines open and no pocket was formed as you can see on the screenshot. However when i pressed the f11 key i noticed that despite the pocket never really formed still some soviet units surrendered during the logistic phase. I'm somewhat confused about it, is this WAD?

If the Soviets had been cut off at the start of their logistics phase, I think they could have surrendered before the supply lines were opened up again during the movment phase. If you are saying they were never isolated, then I don't understand how they could have surrendered.
