Has probably been mentioned before - so apologies in advance if that's the case.
It appears on my reinforcement list on turns 191 and 194, but not withdrawn in between

It's the 6 panzer army because they only have 6 panzers,

No, it was a duplicate that has been reported already and believe removed next patch.
