Next Patch tentative release date?

Hi. My first post here. I've played several WiTE scenarios solitaire. Great game -- good fun. The game reminds me of the old game Designers Workshop game Drang Nach Osten as well as the original SPI WiTE.
I have seen a number of recent postings about another patch being in the works for WiTE. Does anyone know if there is any sort of tentative date on when the next patch will be released? A friend and I are planning on starting a PBEM campaign, but after reading through the forums -- particularly the comments on Game Balance -- we have decided to hold off until the next patch is released.
Very Sorry if my question has already been asked and answered on this forum. I tried the forum search function but it doesn’t seem to work on my computer.

Yeah Id like to know as well.
The most annoyting friggin thing is having to sort through 10 of the same games to find the game you are actualy playing in multi.
Emailing someone to delete them is kind of ridiculous.

I have just downloaded the installer, Pavel came out with another exe update, don't know if we can include it or not, that's something I can'st say because I don't know.
Anyway 1.03 beta 3 should be out very soon, lot's of bug fixes and tweaks in it. Imo you could start the GC game with this one upcoming beta 3.

2ndacr, sorry if this isnt really appropriate to post here, but where do I find the serial number for my game (its online download version only).

No problem, in you Matrix folder, in the WITE folder there is a file called serialreg (or close to that) open that file and copy paste the serial number into the patch when it asks.

Never seen Matrix require that. Most pm Erik and he takes care of it. But always best to copy the entire thing to disc for safe keeping.
But I would find a place to write down that serial number. If you burn game to disc, you can write on the disc etc.

My personal opinion is that it's more than value for money to pay a few extra dollars/pounds to get the physical download plus the boxed version, especially if you're going to get a printed manual. The serial number is printed on your personal CD, so no problems remembering it.

You can register your serial # with Matrix in the members section. That way they have a record and you have a record. The more copies the better.

Anyone else having trouble combining Russian Rifle Brigades with the beta patch? (These are not Naval Brigades, which could never be combined)
